Facebook Lead Ads
A Facebook Lead Ads form is only worth what it is worth in the first few minutes. Teams that download leads from Ads Manager once a day are calling people who filled in a form yesterday, after four other builders already called them, and they blame the lead quality.
GrowusCRM subscribes to Meta's leadgen webhook. When somebody submits the form, the lead is in your pipeline and assigned to a person before they have closed the app — no export, no scheduled sync, no third-party automation service in the middle adding its own delay.
How it works
Connect the Page and form
Authorise your Facebook Page through Meta's official login. GrowusCRM subscribes to the leadgen webhook for the forms you choose.
Receive the submission
Meta posts the lead the moment it is submitted. Field mapping is per form, so your custom qualifying questions arrive as data and not as a blob of text.
Deduplicate and score
A phone number that already exists merges into the existing lead rather than creating a second record two salespeople both call.
Assign and notify
Assignment rules pick the owner; WhatsApp and in-app notification tell them immediately. The first response can go out automatically while they are still reading.
What you get
Webhook, not a polling job
Leads arrive on Meta's push, so latency is seconds. Nothing waits for a fifteen-minute cron or a manual CSV.
Campaign attribution kept intact
Campaign, ad set, ad and form are stored on the lead, so cost per site visit and cost per booking can be worked out per ad instead of per month.
Duplicate handling
The same person enquiring on two campaigns is one lead with two touches, not two owners racing each other to call them.
Instant first response
An automated WhatsApp acknowledgement goes out on arrival, which is the difference between a lead that answers and a lead that has gone cold.
Works with your existing forms
Instant forms you already run keep working. Nothing has to be rebuilt to be connected.
Nothing lost on a retry
Meta retries a failed webhook delivery, and duplicate deliveries are recognised, so a deploy in the middle of a campaign does not drop leads or double them.
FAQ
How fast do leads actually arrive?
Seconds, in normal operation. The lead is created on Meta's webhook delivery rather than on a schedule, so the delay is network time plus assignment.
Do we need Zapier or an integration service?
No. The connection is direct to Meta's Graph API. Each extra service in the chain is another place leads queue up or go missing.
What happens to leads submitted while the CRM is updating?
Meta retries deliveries it could not complete, and repeat deliveries of the same lead are recognised as the same lead.
Can we see which ad produced a booking?
Yes. Campaign and ad identifiers stay on the lead through to booking, so revenue can be attributed back to the ad that sourced it.
