1. Who we are

GrowusCRM (“we”, “us”) provides a customer relationship management platform for real estate businesses, available at growuscrm.com and related applications. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, work email, phone number and company details you provide when creating an account or booking a demo.
• Customer data — leads, contacts, messages and related records you or your integrations (including Meta platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) submit to the service. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Usage data — log and device information used to secure and improve the service.

3. Meta platform data

When you connect WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, we access data through Meta’s official APIs solely to provide the features you enable — receiving leads, sending and receiving messages, and syncing conversations to your CRM. Access tokens are stored encrypted. We do not sell Meta platform data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect an integration at any time, after which we stop receiving data from it.

4. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the service.
• To respond to demo requests and support queries.
• To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• To send service updates you can opt out of.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon verified request we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, role-based access control and revocable sessions.
