Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using GrowusCRM (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.
• Comply with Meta’s platform policies (including WhatsApp Business messaging policies) when using connected integrations.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the leads, contacts and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance in ₹ INR on a monthly or annual basis. Free trials convert only when you choose a plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with reasonable notice of material changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowusCRM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having exclusive jurisdiction.
